To catch a thief, use an Xbox360
Who would have thought that an Xbox360 would be able to trace a grand electronics thief. Gilliam was caught after playing a game online and detectives were able to trace the IP address and able to apprehend Gilliam. In his possession were a dozen of video games, laptops and GPS devices believed to have been stolen.
It was possible to detect Gilliam as the thief since he signed in with the gamertag of the original owner of the Xbox360. The owner was able to login with another Xbox and detected his gamertag being online and then the police were informed.
HDTV trends coming to a screen near you in 2010

Emerging features about to go mainstream in 2010 include LED backlighting, 240 Hertz (Hz) refresh rates and Internet connectivity. Amazon Kindle best electronics equipment (in overall sales) for 2009

Not only was Amazon Kindle the most gifted product in the company’s history, it was also possible to break another record. With a large number of Kindles at hand, people did not hesitate to try out a few books on the Kindle. And with many opting for this option, Ebook sales surpassed paper for the first time!
Whether it will replace the traditional means of reading a book is yet to be seen but it is a sign of ebooks eating up the book market pie bit by bit.
Not only the Kindle, a number of other ebook readers have been released and this should encourage the avid book reader. Rumours about a tablet from Apple to be released in 2010 will only add to the ebook viewership.
