A program to commemorate Sir Arthur C Clarke on his second death anniversary will be held on 17th March 2010 at the British Council Auditorium, 49, Alfred House Gardens, Colombo 3.
The event is jointly organised by the Sri Lanka Astronomical Association (SLAA) and the Arthur C Clarke Estate in partnership with the British Council.

OpenOffice 3.2 QA Workshop 2010 - Sri Lanka

It was a great pleasure to have the first QA event of the OpenOffice.org Sri Lankan Community and the first gathering of the community.
Event was held at The ICTA Auditorium from 8.30AM to 4.00 PM (+5.30GMT) on 25th March 2010.

A one day workshop on Search Engine Marketing is being organized by the Business-Academy which will be held on March 27 (from 9am to 5pm) at the Excel World, Colombo 10.

A core concept of application and multi-server management in SQL Server is the data-tier application (DAC). A DAC is a self-contained unit of deployment that defines and bundles database objects, SQL Server instance objects that are associated with the database, and deployment requirements of an application.
