This year, Sri Lanka’s premier computer and console gaming tournament “Sri Lanka Cyber Games” will be held at Infotel 2010 Sri Lanka ICT Expo.
Infotel 2010 is the tenth in the series , organized by Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS) will be held from October 1 to 4.
The Inauguration ceremony will be held on September 30 at 4.00 pm followed by Infotel forum at the BMICH. Sri Lanka Cyber Games 2010 will hold the regional qualifying rounds in Kandy on September 25 and 26 at the Kandy City Centre and Colombo regional qualifiers along with the grand finals at Infotel 2010 on October 1,2 and 3. Sri Lanka Cyber Games is organized by Gamer.LK and the Interact Club of Kingswood College, Kandy.
The objective of this tournament is to bring together the best gamers and cyber athletes in Sri Lanka in a tournament conducted under international conditions and standards, as well as to help promote a competitive gaming atmosphere in the country.
